Swimming: who's at the pool today?
The lane is booked and the swim is every week. Pudem asks for you, so you know whether it's one lane or two.

What it sorts out
Regulars switch on “count me in” and only speak up when they can't – that's zero taps a week.
Streaks and a season's attendance: everyone sees how often they made it.
The reminder arrives on the phone, not only by e-mail.
Questions
Does everyone have to answer again every week?
No. Anyone who switches on “count me in” is counted automatically and only speaks up when they can't. Each person turns it on for themselves.
