Questions
Who is Pudem for?
Any group that meets regularly: football, floorball, volleyball, badminton, a band, board games, a club or after-work drinks. An event can have up to four days a week, each with its own time, place and capacity.
Does anyone need an account or an app?
No. The organizer gets a management link; everyone else joins from the invite with just a name. It runs in the browser, and on a phone you can add Pudem to the home screen like an app.
How do people know they should answer?
Anyone who leaves an e-mail gets the question before every date, with I'm in and Can't buttons. Whoever hasn't answered by the deadline gets a reminder – on their phone, if they turned notifications on. Nobody is counted in automatically unless they switch it on themselves.
What if there are more of us than spots?
Set a capacity and the rest go on the waiting list. When someone drops out, the first in line moves up automatically and gets a message that they have a spot.
What does the organizer see?
Who's going, who can't and why, and who hasn't answered yet. They can send a reminder, cancel or move a date, set a minimum, add co-organizers and download the attendance history as CSV.
What does it cost, and where is the data?
Pudem is free, with no ads and no tracking cookies. Data is stored in the European Union. Dates can be added to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars.
