Running: who's joining the session?
You meet at the same spot every week. Pudem asks for you, so you're not standing there alone at six in the morning.

What it sorts out
No capacity, no limit – with running all that matters is whether anyone turns up.
The meeting point and the time are on everyone's own page, so nobody asks twice.
Raining? Cancel in one tap and everyone who said yes gets a message.
Questions
Do we need a fixed number of people?
No. Leave capacity and minimum empty and Pudem simply counts who's coming, turning nobody away.
