Set a minimum. If too few have said yes by the deadline, we tell you in time – while the booking can still be cancelled.
Capacity and a waiting list: whoever signs up beyond it waits. When someone drops out, the first in line moves up and gets a message.
Anyone who always comes switches on “count me in” and only speaks up when they can't.
